We're looking for a few Business Department Interns for an internship for academic college credit. While this is an unpaid position, we will work with your school so that you receive college credit for the internship. ? In this position, you?ll work with our Business Department (Finance, Accounting) to learn more about the business side of the media industry. With the Finance and Accounting departments, you?ll work with A/R and A/P to learn what it takes to keep money coming in faster than it goes out; how to juggle the competing demands of advertisers, sales staff, and the unbending constraints of a 24 hour clock; and gain an understanding of compliance with myriad regulations and government agencies, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the FCC.
